Order processing
Order processing is done through the "Cart" or by phone:
- After selecting the product you prefer, click on the button with the "Cart" icon, after which it will automatically be sent to your cart. Then you can continue choosing products by adding as many items to the cart as you need.
If necessary, you can change the entire order by editing the contents in the cart. Once you have selected the product, proceed to place the order. Click the "Place Order" button and follow the instructions.
In addition, the aforementioned Online Managers can help you choose products.
Delivery is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta". Please note that free delivery is only available for orders of at least 2000 UAH.
Delivery to the address will incur an additional charge. Upon receipt, you must pay a percentage for returning the funds to us if you pay on delivery. When paying by card, the buyer also pays the commission.
When placing an order, please provide the delivery address, recipient's full name, and phone number.
Important! At the warehouse of the transport company "Nova Poshta", the towel warmer is stored for up to 5 working days from the day of arrival at the branch. On the 6th day, a holding fee will be charged.
Please note that if the towel warmer exceeds the storage period at the warehouse of the transport company "Nova Poshta", the re-shipping of the towel warmer will be at the buyer's expense.
Payment for the product is made:
- Payment on delivery
- Payment to a current account. There is a possibility of sale with VAT, the price remains unchanged
- Courier payment upon receipt of the goods
- Payment to the manager when self-picking up

Attention:
- Prices and product availability listed on the website are current at the moment.
- The price of the product is indicated in the national currency (UAH) and remains fixed when placing an order.
- Please verify the availability of the product.
- Products made to order may arrive within 3 weeks, depending on the design features of the product.
- Delivery is made within 3 working days, provided the product is in stock. In case of absence, delivery may take up to 10 days (additional time is required for product manufacturing).
- The delivery time may be extended if the order was placed on weekends or holidays.
