According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer can return goods purchased on the website "heatpro.com.ua" within 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided that all the norms provided by the Law are met.
The consumer has the right to exchange the goods for a similar one if the goods did not satisfy him in terms of form, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, except for the day of purchase. The buyer pays for logistic services in case of return or exchange.
Exchange of goods of proper quality for a similar product is carried out if there is a warranty card and a receipt, if it has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, tags are preserved, and if at the time of exchange of a similar product it is not available for sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods from the available assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost, or receive a refund in the amount of the returned goods.
- Accessories - UNPACKED items are subject to return. If there are signs of opening the accessory packaging and attempts to repackage (especially PE packaging or blisters) - the goods cannot be returned.
Return and exchange procedure for a new product.
To exchange/return the goods, you need to write a letter to heeatpro@gmail.com specifying the following information:
- Full name, buyer's phone number;
- Date and order number;
- Order composition (goods);
- Detailed description of the product discrepancy, reason for return or exchange;
- Add a few photos or videos of the damage to the product (close-up).
- For a refund - specify full name, TIN, IBAN account.
After receiving the letter with the information, within 1-7 days, the store provides a response with further instructions.
Exchange or return of goods is carried out only if there is a manufacturer's "control" conclusion that the operating conditions have not been violated.
The returned product must be presented:
- in complete set;
- without signs of use and mechanical damage, with preservation of the appearance and consumer properties;
- with originals of documents confirming the purchase of the goods;
Note: the buyer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have an individual order or the product was painted in a non-standard color Rala chosen by the buyer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the store refunds the buyer within 1-5 working days to the specified IBAN account or sends the goods for replacement.
If the goods are of proper quality and correspond to the order made by the buyer, but did not match in color, size, and other external appearance properties) - the buyer pays for transportation services when exchanging or returning the goods.
